Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dave’s “Shoot Your Dawg” Sauce store.  We want to make sure you have a great experience with our products!  If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.  
 

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns.  However, you may be eligible for a refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Email us at dawgsauceguy@gmail.com to enter a claim within 14 days of receipt.

 

We will notify you once we have received your claim, and let you know if any additional information is needed. If your refund claim is approved, the amount will be refunded on your original payment method. 
 

If you do not receive your refund timely, please first contact your bank and/or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at dawgsaceguy@gmail.com or (321) 800-8970.
